I was in a hotel for Xmas dinner & heard the manager say......Out of all the people we had in today (I would say 230 people)....only 14 went into the pokies...He was not a happy chappie. They must be waking up, or not everyoner is stupid.

"It's that time of the year again, just take a good look inside the POKIES at people sitting there playing the POKIES.......May God give them a life, I think it is so very sad....."God forbid that people should actually participate in an activity that's legal... Maybe the Venues and Government will get into the Xmas Spirit and release the handbrake on the machines and let some win something.Well, maybe next year, or in 10 years time, or more likely, never. More likely their spirit of Xmas is Give us your money$$$$ Do you find this valuable? |
