"I have always found this venue to be very proactive against problem gamblers. The fact that this venue is a Club actually means the staff know its members really well."This is comforting news, not many establishments would have their staff approach problem gamblers, console them, point out the error of their ways and take them into a quiet room and encourage them over a quiet cuppa to sign up for self exclusion, and if more clubs followed Sebastopols lead, what a great example this sets. And to have a board of management who put the welfare of their customers as first priority, it is almost an unbelievable situation and worthy of national news headlines. How do they make their money if they treat the addicted so well, surely this could not continue, could it? 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |
