"This area is basically a lower income area, many of the patrons are lower income and quite a few are in the lower intelligence bracket, thats not being disrespectful, its just a fact.
Staff at this venue go out of there way to patronise these types and it is done in a way that encourages more and more to come back.

The managers of these venues want the people to come back, staff are trained to set this as one of their tools in getting people to return..The staff are being paid to do a job and thats part of their training.
