Signs on pokies 13, 14, 20, 66, 67 and 68 were placed on the top box. Pokies 11, 44, 45 and 56, showed remnants of better placement. All remaining signs were placed visibly from video play face.

Despite food service being available in venues immediately out side the pokie, there was also food service inside this pokie room. Table and 4 chairs set up in middle of room. Other table and chairs set up near cashier.

Signs on pokies 13, 14, 20, 66, 67 and 68 that had been placed on the top box were moved. The sign on pokie #28 was placed well to the rear of the machine.

Visibility of ATM from "The Bullions" Gaming Room
To obscure visibility, a portable sign promoting functions at the hotel had been placed in the window between the ATM and the pokie room. This observation relates to the ATM placed in the 'main' entrance between the pokie room and the sports bar.

Many signs opposite the animated reels. Some were placed to the rear of the pokie

Visibility of ATM from "The Bullions" Gaming Room
No cards on ATM between pokie room and the eating area. A regulation 17 sign was affixed to the ATM.
The venue has placed a black partition and a banner in the area where the ATM is located between the car park entrance and the sports bar. This stops vision.

Kid's Play Area
Over 15 children in line for eating area. The queue was so long it extended nearly to pokie room entrance. As pokie room has no solid walls, children in line were observed looking into the lights of the pokies.
Winner Every Time machine in the child play area.
Picked up flyers for Kids Club V.I.P. Nights. Also Ancient Battle for 25 April which is a kick boxing fight. No mention on flyer whether it was suitable for children or not.
Upon entry to eating area entrance; promoting Powerpuff Girls poster for 9 April.

Encouraging presence of children
Remains extensively promoted on venue exterior.
Large display for Kids Shows immediately outside pokie room with large TV set scrolling kids events. This located near the end of the queue area for the meals room.
