'Cannot Win' talker signs
Signs on 45 pokies were placed on the top box. Signs on pokies 23, 39 and 35 were upside down. Only 1 pokie had the sign placed opposite the animated reels. All others were placed above the animated reels so as not to be visible when looking into the video play face.

Yes. Complimentary service set up. A lady moved with a cart through the pokie room offering players gambling at their pokies complimentary coffee. Gamblers at pokies 33, 35 and 44 accepted and drank their coffee while continuing to gamble.

None. Function room on other side of TAB.

General Comments
These premises were branded with ALH logos. In the centre of the cashier, there was an A4 size ALH mission statement in plastic. The video screen of the ATM had an ALH logo. The exterior entrance to the venue shows an email address vegaswaverley@alhgroup.com.au

Do not leave children in vehicle signs/notices

On entrance doors but not in mall car parks. By contrast numerous No Smoking signs were placed in the passageway between the car park and the mall. Please click on the video below to see the No Smoking signs and note the absence of any child/car warning sign.

General Comments
No announcement to take a break or other activities. Present at this venue for over an hour. Gambled on Indian Dreaming machine
Used tracking successfully. After advice from Sandown Park attendant, asked for help at commencement of session. When cashing out $49, attendant told me just put the cash in, then set tracking. There was no need to ask for help.
