General Comments.
This venue is located next to a shopping centre. The BWS to the rear is a visual presence in the shopping centre car park.
Special conditions on license include:
  • The four floodlights already in place in the carpark must be kept and maintained in their current position.
  • There will be no entertainment at the premises after midnight.
  • Licensed security staff provided by the licensee will patrol the hotel’s carparks and both sides of Blake Road between Philip Highway and Goodman Street from the commencement of extended trading until half hour after closing.
