20 groups of cards....8 sets of pamphlets....2 x helpline number stickers on coin change machine. Cards between pokies...pushed to the back of the machine...back to back with cardsbetween machines facing the opposite way.....1 pamphlet set on top on one of the note changing machines...pamphletsand cards at teller area .

Yes. Located in front bar....across the room from the gaming room entrance.

10 paces. One sign inside the gaming room...up near top of exit door indicates where ATM is located

Visible posting of availability of Self-Barring facility
At the entry to the gaming room from the dining room....also outside the gaming room entry from the front bar....NOT any signs at all inside or outside the beer garden entry .

Clocks on walls
2. 1 above the bar...1 high on back wall of gaming room....smallish face with gold hands and numbers on cream background which make it hard for oldies to see..

Bar snacks not advertised....free biscuits in the gaming room next to the coffee machine..

Yes. Complimentary station set up.

Pokies audible from the dining room, but not visible. Solid wooden door and wall between the two.

Kid's Play Area and promotion
Kids outdoor play area off the dining room - brightly coloured climbing structure.
The play area has a glass door and pokieswould not be heard by children in this area.
Indoor play area (contains 2 play station type computer games...indoor play area locatedon wall of dining room opposite the entry to pokies room. Sounds of pokies can be heard from this area.
One coin operated vending machine (chocolate factory) located inside the main entrance of the hotel, just outside the main entry point to the dining room. In this venue, people (and children) using the dining room have to walk thru the front bar, right past the vending machine. From the vending machine, it is possible to see into (and hear) the pokies.

Gambler's Help notice/cards in toilet
None in ladies loo off the dining room....RG poster behind the exit door of the ladies toilet in the gaming room....both toilets have a poster on the mirror asking patrons to report remiss toilet cleanliness that contains a picture of a smiling young couple playing the pokies.

Posters in Pokie Room that promote non-gambling activities available in the venue
1 lit poster advertising childrens charity...one advertising wine. No stand alone posters..

General Comments.
Located in aged pensioner area.....motel rooms available out the back but half the rooms are being renovated or are closed.....large outdoor beer garden that backs onto grassed area in front of motel rooms....one corner of the gaming room contains seats and coffee table behind which is 2cornerwalls covered in SA lotteries posters saying "winning Keno/Lotto tickets sold here - customer won$X". Outside all entrances are large font barring order signs as well as signs with large font indicating that the playing of two machines at once is illegal.

Located in lounge between reception and the pokies room. Very large red and white sign above the ATM indicated where it is - is visible throughout the pokies room. 20 paces to the nearest pokie.

At both entrances. The entrance from the bistro displays the warning in a sign with three notices.

General Comments.
Gate to smoking area was left open. See photo. This leads to a grassed area between the motel units. This allows entrance directly into the pokies room. It would be possible for a customer to enter from the street car park through the beer garden and into the pokies room with no notices at all other than the no smoking notice as pictured.
