General Comments
Sign on door exiting bistro for free Friday night kids' entertainment. Shrek show scheduled. Had observed Wiggles show promotion through road signs and signs visible when exiting the BWS drive-through in 2007.
All passage through main entrance is along side the gaming room which is fully exposed through a glass wall.

Regulation 17 player information talker signs
The signs on pokie #17 was on the top box. The signs on pokies 76 and 72 were placed to the rear of the pokie so that a gambler leaning to one side would be unable to see the sign. This was observed. 2 signs were placed above the credit line. 11 signs partly intersected the animated reels. The remainder were placed so that they intersected the credit line.

Visibility of ATM from Gaming Room
Located in the next door bar / lounge area. The glass door is left open and the reflection of the ATM is visible.

Visibility from Bistro Area
Venue under construction. While not promoted, there is a separate entrance to the eating area and accompanying child area. If entering through main entrance there is a glass wall that all people must pass by allowing full vision of the pokie area. The new construction indicates that other than this glass wall that vision and sound has been eliminated from the eating area.

In corner of eating area. Not visible for patrons using outdoor patio.

Behind cashier despite the large pokie area.

The toilet between the pokie area and the other bar was taped off due to construction. The bistro toilet had 2 posters. The card holder was empty.
