General Comments

Using Tabcorp "You Can Feel It" reserved pokie signs which could imply that the longer one gambles on a particular pokie the better the chances might be.
Sign promoting $152,234 won on jackpots at the Seaford Hotel last month.
No external clock on any wall observed.
Other than a sign in back entrance advising about new gaming legislation changes to payout and a Welcome to Tabaret sign, all other large posters promoted Tabaret pokie machine features.
In a decision made by the VCGA in April 2001 with respect to the Chelsea Heights Hotel, it was noted that Seaford was an area "under stress from gambling"

12 April Inspection Notes:

'Cannot Win' talker signs

#20 had no sign. The sign on #31 had been placed to the rear of the pokie. All other signs were well placed.

Eating in Gaming Room

6 tables are set up in a group in the gaming area. 4 chairs are set on 5 of these tables. 3 chairs are set against the remaining table.

Kid's Play Area

A large area in front of the hotel to the immediate right of the main entrance was under construction. This is to the right of the Tabaret sign in the first picture. This may be the playground that is coming soon. If this assumption is correct this area enters and is visible directly into the bar of the bistro area.
