As much as I want to see reform I doubt it will hapen, with State Governments addicted like Victoria is to that 2.5 billion dollar windfall every 6 months there is no way Julia can get them onside and she wont be in power long enough to do her deal with Wilkie anyhow.
Sorry to say the reforms are doomed to failure and Clubs Aus may as well donate that $20 million fighting dund to charity (And pigs might fly)
