Yes. It is located in the railway side entrance. It has a glass screen around it that is transparent enough for a normal person to figure out what it is. It is visible from pokies 39,40, 4, 1, 2, and 44. It is also visible in the keno area

In front entrance there are two. One is placed at the bottom of the door. Please note clear legibility of sign affixed to the fence near the car park entrance.

General Comments

Opening hours are Mon-Sat 8A-3A and Sun 10A-1A. The hotel is located near the train station.The hotel website promotes that it is a "proud community sponsor" yet neither its 2006 nor 2005 Community Benefit Statements (See Above) disclose any community orientated payments either in cash or by services.

7 August 2008 Inspection Notes:

'Cannot Win' talker signs
Improvement noted. No sign on pokie #35. All other signs affixed to top part of the EGM. While not opposite the video face all intersect at or near the credit line.

Visibility of ATM from Gaming Room
At night glass screen does not shield the light of the ATM and it is visible in the gaming room. An "Around The World" promotion was placed so that flags along a wall in the pokie room impeded vision of the ATM.

General Comments
The gaming room rest area is located towards the car park side of the venue near the doors to the TAB / Sports bar. It is an open area with 6 tables with 3 chairs each. 2 KENO screens in this area. The was a an A4 size poster detailing machine reservation policy.

Observations
In main entry to the pokie room there was a free standing sign in the entrance titled " Pascoe Vale House Policy". One of the rules was "Playing at more than one electronic gaming machine at one time is not permitted". At 7:07 observed man playing pokies #3 and #4 simultaneously.
