ATM is in the same room as the pokies separated only by a glass cabinet. Gambler's can clearly see the ATM throughout the pokies room.

Several posters promoted music acts at Finn's. In the car park entrance the centred poster was for "Where is Your Briefcase?" rather than gambling messages.
1 x Crack The Code with a chalk board that says to ask the staff to explain. 2 x pokies (Shogan and Miss Kitty)

General Comments.
Hotel and pokies room are separate buildings. They share the same logo.
The pokies room is clearly visible from The Parade, a busy shopping and dining street.

Website does not mention pokies and has no gambler's help references.

11 February 2009 Inspection Notes:

Card and Pamphlet groups
3 pamphlet holders. 26 card holders. Placed between the pokies towards the back. No cards on note changers. Uses dark blue cards which are hard to see. Bank of pokies has grates to stop purses being stolen.

Visible posting of availability of Self-Barring facility
Notice in street entrance. The car park entrance has a divider so that gamblers enter either from the left or the right. If the gambler enters right then there is a notice. If the gambler enters left then there is no notice. In the center of the divider, there is a notice warning about theft. This notice is seen irrespective of whether entry to the pokies room is a right or a left turn.
