29 October 2008 Inspection Notes: Regulation 17 player information talker signsNo signs were placed above the credit line. On 11 pokies part of the sign intersected with the animated reels. The balence was placed so that the bottom of the sign was against the credit line.
Visibility of ATM from pokie roomYes. An opaque glass screen shields the body of the ATM machine from pokie room vision. However the lit ATM display atop the ATM is entirely above this screeen and visible to a large part of the pokie room.
There is a further ATM installed in the Sports Bar situated in the rear of the venue. There are no gambling notices on this ATM. If the venue proprietor was concerned as to cash needs of patrons, then one machine would have sufficed.
