Limited visibility to pokie room for bar / cashier staff. It is the same visibility as for the bistro area. Problem could occur in how to identify problem or alcohol affected gamblers.

The web site may depict conduct that breaches the provisions on the Gaming Machines Act 1992 Responsible Gambling Code of Practice that requires the gambling provider to take all practical steps;

"to ensure that alcohol is not supplied to reward, promote or encourage continued gambling"
