Card and Pamphlet groups
6 groups with multiple cards and pamphlets. 19 single card displays placed between the pokies. These were fixed to a holder so, as a practical matter could not be taken away.

Visibility of ATM from Pokie room.
Lit sign shows above the divider where the ATM is throughout the pokies room. TAB building is separated on the other side of the patio.

Not measured.

Visible posting of availability of Self-Barring facility
Can only be seen when exiting the pokies room. It is around the corner from the entrance. No sign by cashier. There is a sign near the bar.

Clocks on walls

Not in the divided off area of one large room where the pokies are located.

Coffee / Tea service in Pokie Room
Not recorded. Web site promotes; "Free expresso coffee & tea made fresh to order"

Web site offers $7 special kids menu available includes free soft drink or milk & vanilla ice cream dixie cup.

Posters in Pokie Room that promote non-gambling activities available in the venue
A4 sheets on opaque glass divider had some responsible gambling notices. Mixed in were notices for Club 100. No lit posters.

General Comments.
New construction and bistro is wide open to the pokies room
The web site may depict conduct that breaches the provisions on the Gaming Machines Act 1992 Responsible Gambling Code of Practice that requires the gambling provider to take all practical steps;

"to ensure that alcohol is not supplied to reward, promote or encourage continued gambling"

Please note picture below (downloaded from the Hotel's web site) which depicts two people holding drinks while one is seated and in the action of gambling at a pokie.

ATM has lit sign over it that is visible to gamblers.

13 paces.

Visible posting of availability of Self-Barring facility
While there was a total of 13 sheets of paper notices posted in the car park pokies entrance, the notice relating to self barring was posted inside the entrance so visible only when exiting the venue. In the other entrance (the bistro entrance) was visible if entering from the bistro but not if entering from the car park. Neither is prominent inside the pokie area. There is a 3rd notice on the partition between the pokie and the eating area which is visible when near the cashier.

Video games located near ATM. For most of the eating area this is at the pokie area end of the room. Stacker and Bonus Spin coin operated games installed. Having regard to the venue's web site statement about a kids play area - this could be it.
