General Comments.
Located in suburb with high Vietnamese population. Front bar very large and sparsely furnished, but like the sitting area adjacent to the pokies room, the furniture is bright red. This venue used to have dining area, but apparently no longer has one. There is a Chinese restaurant ("Junction Palace") located on site (in a separate building with no common entry). No cameras in this venue. The main entrance to the pokies room is behind the tavern and not visible from the street. The pokies room is open long after the front bar closes, so the pokies room entry off the car park is the only entry between 10pm and 3am when they close.

Observed staff fixing up KENO holders and chairs. Can one presume that it is the direction that Helpline card holders are to be placed at the back of the pokies?
