This hotel is adult orientated. Gaming room is quite separate on lower floor and not adjacent to main bar.

Regulation 17 talker signs

4 on top box. The bottom edge of most signs was placed against the credit line at the top of the pokie video screen. The bottom edge of about 6 pokies had signs fixed against some part of the animated reels.

Sights and Sounds of pokies in the eating area.
The eating area is called Martini's Bistro. It is virtually one room. The two areas are separated by the bar and some partitions with wood slats. They do not reach the ceiling.The lounge area is closer to the car park and does not buffer the sights and sounds from the eating area.

In Martini's Bistro there are two coin operated machines; "Everyone Wins Jnr." and "Chocolate Factory".
Sign for "Kids Eat Free" in the eating area. On tables were talkers for the auction which was extensively promoted in the pokie area and the entrance to the pokie area.

On opaque glass wall between pokies and bar were 3 posters for members Auction. "Collect your Auction Dollars to bid for great prizes". 4 posters for the same promotion above the cashier area.
2 x glass Tatt's pokies. 1 x floor sign for Club KENO. 2 of the lit frames were empty. 1 for a pokie with multiple games. On the pokie room side of the wooden slat partition that blocks vision of the ATM was a Tatt's Know Your Limits poster. 1 KENO poster behind bar. Village Roadshow Silver Screen floor poster and on entrance side of wooden slat partition in pokie room entrance. On opposite side of Silver screen floor poster is a promotion for KENO. Gambler's see the KENO side when entering the venue.

General Comments

The door to the smoking area was left open. This area is to the right when entering the pokie area. It was therefore possible to enter the pokie room with only a sign prohibiting minors.
