No poster by change machine; however, it is located opposite the cashier where there are signs.

Not unless using the pokies entrance to access the eating area from the street.
KENO kits in bar area next to eating menu. KENO TV monitors in eating area.
As pictured passing pedestrians can see smokes and look directly into the pokies room after exiting the library when automated door opens.
This door has now been painted in to obscure pokie room vision unless door open.
