Card and Pamphlet groups
3 x brochure holders. 1 x Helpline brochures. 8 x card holders set between pokies usually to the back. Some turned around. 1 by the coffee station. 1 on fireplace mantle. Dining room entrance to the pokies room had a floor ALH sign. There were 2 gambler's helpline brochure holders on this sign

12 paces. Located in entrance to pokie room. Cards and alcohol promotion placed on top. Sign in pokie lounge to indicate where the ATM is located.

Notice on entrance from dining room. In entrance and made into a brass plaque. Also inside.

Yes. Complimentary station set up.

Pokie sounds and vision into bistro area.
If doors open then would be audible. Gaming room very much part of the room when entering from car park. Glass door with glased sections that obscures some but not all pokie light vision.

Kid's Play Area and promotion
No. Chocolate Factory and "Double Play" games installed near pokie room entrance in bistro. Double Play graphics were Disney-like child appeal cartoons. A small sign stating "Winner Every Time" was affixed to the machine.

Gambler's Help notice/cards in toilet
Poster. No cards.

Posters in Pokie Room that promote non-gambling activities available in the venue
Pool playing. Ice cream complimentary. 2 x $5 Drinks. 2 floor posters for pokies.

General Comments.
East Terrace hotel entrance has no signs. See picture.
Car park entrance has a Car Park Safety sign. This venue is located next to a Centrelink office at the end of a commercial strip.

The web site may depict conduct that breaches the provisions on the Gaming Machines Act 1992 Responsible Gambling Code of Practice that requires the gambling provider to take all practical steps;
"to ensure that alcohol is not supplied to reward, promote or encourage continued gambling"
Please note picture below (downloaded from the Hotel's web site) which depicts two people drinks while one is seated, holding a drink and in the action of gambling at a pokie.
