Visibility from Bistro Area

The design of the bistro area is such that the gaming room is totally visible and audible. It is effectively the same room. There are but a number of wooden slats highlighting rather than impairing visibility between the two rooms. The bistro are is also open to the TAB. There are no visiual dividers. In this way, the children observed eating were bombarded with noise and vision from both these gambling activties.
A KENO screen was affixed in the bistro area.
