The Minister and the VCGR on notice

On Monday, 19 June I sent notice to the Chairman of the VCGR, Bruce Thompson, a notice requesting remedial action. An identical letter was sent to the Minister, Michael O'Brien. My co-signatories were Nick Xenophon and Tim Cosello. A similiar letter, relating to matters in South Australia was sent by Nick Xenophon to the relevant parties in that state.
